Storage in transit
When you sell before you buy, or a lease ends before the new one starts, storage in transit lets the shipment wait in climate-controlled space and then deliver on the day you take possession. It is priced with the move, not sold separately afterwards.

Texas heat is hard on wood furniture, electronics, artwork and instruments. Climate-controlled space keeps temperature and humidity steady for however long the shipment sits.
Recorded at intake, checked at delivery
Everything that enters storage is recorded at intake with condition notes. When it comes out, the same inventory is checked against the delivery, so nothing quietly goes missing between two addresses.
